    Hi! I’m New to Maps-Easy, and it is working really well for me, apart from having one issue..

    When I try to import a CSV file containing new Markers nothing actually happens after I select the CSV file other than the little import graphic running round and round – and never stopping.

    Any thoughts please? I have read the article on how to import/export already..

    I checked markers export/import option in our plugin right now – and it is working properly.
    The best way to identify and fix this issue – is to send us your .CSV file with markers. So we can test it and clarify – is it a global issue with plugin, or something is wrong on your server.
    You can send it to us via internal support.

    I think your captcha is broken.. I’m unable to submit an internal support page..

    I’m told that I may be sending automated queries, which isn;t true. Not having the issue on other sites with captcha..

    Hi guys, apologies, I thought I had advised already.

    Yes. this was resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

    I didn’t lose any data, so very happy, thank you!
