Import Listings using CVS Does Not Work

    We purchased Directorist for many reasons, one of which was the ability to bulk import listing using CVS spreadsheets. It DOES NOT WORK properly. We have a spreadsheet with listings and one of the fields is the title. We properly mapped the title to the title in the form. However, ALL imported listings have the title (no title) and a number for the permalink. This makes the import completely unusable. We are still waiting for help from their support group, and we need this to work IMMEDIATELY!

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please make sure all header of the CSV files are trimmed. It can cause this issue. For example; “Title “. This extra space after or before the header text can cause this issue while importing.
