import listings assigning them to the users

Is it possible to assign the users to the imported listings?

Do you mean that you want to assign a specific user as the post author? If so, you can do that via the “Other Post Options” section (look for the “Post Author” field).

If I misunderstood, please set up Listify and manually create a listing with a user assigned on a sandbox site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the sandbox site URL, a screenshot of the field you used to assign the user to the post, and a brief explanation of what you’re trying to do.
