    Import doesn’t work at all.

I exported a form to “wsf-form-slider-form.json” from my other website.
But during import plugin shows “Unable to read uploaded file”

    What’s the problem could be?

    Hi @maksymsdesign

Could you please forward your exported form to [email protected] and we’ll take a look at it for you.

I’ve seen this happen once before and it turned out to be an issue with PHP settings not allowing file uploads, but we’ll be more than happy to investigate this for you.

    Many thanks!

Form imported fine on testing. Suspect an issue with upload configuration of hosting provider. We’re assisting this user through our PRO support channel.

Should I ask the Hostinger.com then?

@maksymsdesign – I got your response in our support ticket system also, I’ll respond there so we are not doubling up. I’ll summarize our findings here though in case anyone else experiencing the same issue with Hostinger. Thanks!

The problem was solved somehow after your manipulations at website admin panel.

Now import works fine. Thank U!

We didn’t manipulate anything in your admin panel, but glad to hear it is now working! ??

    All the best
