Import is stuck at 1 %

Hi, I had same problem, my upload always stops at 1%, sometimes upload will reset, when reaching 0.49%… it was frustrating. My upload size is: 280mb

I followed all suggestion for increasing limit, time…all things. None of this helped.

Steps that helped me:
1. I returned my memory limit and time to default settings of my hosting account.
2. Downloaded File Extension (Basic) from this link: https://import.wp-migration.com/, installed and this extension increase upload size to 512mb
3. I’ve downgrade All-In-One plugin from version 6.97 (Latest version) to version 6.86. ( I’ve tried older version but none of older versions worked for me). Older plugin versions I’ve found on this URL: https://pluginarchive.com/wordpress/all-in-one-wp-migration .

I hope someone will find this helpful, since it took me almost 6 hours to figure out and make it work.

@kostadino Thank you for posting this info! I was having the same issue but downgrading the All in One Migration plugin down to version 6.86 worked. Much appreciate you commenting with this information! Saved me a lot of time.
