Import in job-page listing

There are 2 options for this:

1) If you’re using an XML file, select the root element when you create the import and you will have access to all of the data ( you can convert a CSV file to XLS/XLSX format to do this as well )

2) Use Manual Record Matching and custom PHP tied to our API to add all of the data from separate records to one post.

Thanks. I am not a programmer. Is there some Kind of a step-by-step documentation available for this?
