import images from old blog??

    I used the export tool function on my old blog to ectract post & pages, and imported it to another blog same theme and all, but i did not get the images. Is there any easy way to get the images without me have to do manually? ?

  • If you have copies to FTP-upload, you can use Add From Server (plugin) to register then into your database after that — use “Current Time” and not “File Time” — but then you will still have to manually edit each in the Page Editor.

    Its actually the featured images. Will it do that??

    The plugin I mentioned will read a file (or a batch of files) from any location in your domain and register it/them into your database in exactly the same way WordPress does that. However, it does not then also attach things to pages or fix broken or missing links.
