Import HTML file from Cook'n v10

Has anyone gotten the HTML recipe import to work in the Easy Recipe paid version?
I’ve clicked through menu tabs as in the video. It appears to upload the files. Then it just sits there. The program does not ask me if I want to create posts from the upload like the example in their video.
