I see this in the report:

WP Version: ? 5.4.2 – There is a newer version of WordPress available (5.5.3)

Please update to 5.5.3 on a staging site and if it fixes the issue, do the same on the live site.

I have udpated both the staging and production site to the latest version of WordPress. I am now able to get the import started but it usually stalls, which is better than yesterday when it wouldn’t even start. Is there any way to manually import this data?

If it stalls after running for a while, then you can check with your hosting company about increasing your server resources.

The issue was that my currency calculating plugin for our Canadian product was conflicting with the Action Scheduler. After deactivating it I was able to Import the Historical Data. Thank you!
