Import help from site reviews plug in

I used another review plug in before called site reviews. These reviews were submitted without being linked to an order id or product id. I would like to import these to be shared with my new reviews on customer reviews plug in. I set the product id to -1 so they would be included as a shop review.

I inputed the available information into csv with matching format however I get an error “The CSV file contains invalid or missing column headings, please refer to the template in step 1”. Are all of the heading required? Would there be any work around?

and I modified it like so
product_id,date,title,review_content,review_score,display_name,email
“-1″,”2019-12-30 14:57:27″,”Better than expected”,”Thank you!!! These are so much better than expected. I bought them as a gift. He absolutely loved them!”,”5″,”Lora”,”[email protected]”
