import hangs at 51.70%

    We are migrating a client from inmotion hosting to godaddy
    We have made multiple backups which seem to work fine.
    During the import, regardless of PC, regardless of internet conection, regardless of backup file, the backup hangs at 51.70%, then times out with and “Unable to import” message. I do not have cpanel or FTP access to the website.

    You are unable to upload the file to the server – this is a server limitation and you should contact the hosting.

    The workaround is to upload the file via FTP to the folder wp-content/ai1wm-backups then to restore the file using the “Restore” button in the Backups section of the plugin, but this is not possible without FTP access.

    You could try using a file manager plugin.
