Import Halted at 100%

    I have read the threads from 2 years ago about the import holding at 100% and this is the exact same thing. I have tried both at my office with Xfinity Business Class 1 GB speed consistent and a dedicated IP and also at my home (currently) with AT&T fiber connection with up to 1 GB speed as well.

    It just sits at 100%

    My site is a Dreampress VPS from DreamHost and according to the supported documentation you do support this hosting company.

    The easiest way to figure out the problem is to request error logs from your hosting provider for your website, then examine them around the time when you tried to upload the file.
    You will see what limit you have encountered and increasing it will solve the issue.
