Import function

    Good afternoon,

    I have noticed today in my installation that the import CSV function is not working. It hangs on a white screen. I am using WordPress 5.03 and Woocommerce 3.5.4

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Try to split your CSV file and import by parts.

    Or send the CSV file to me [email protected] so I can check.

    Thank you Stanislav. The file is tiny and only contains 7 rows. I have sent it to your email for inspection. The site has recently been moved to a new server and I wonder if this could be the problem. Are there any specific requirements server-side for the importer to run?

    The error was caused by WordPress memory limit. I have resolved this now.
