Import from xlsx including images

    Hello there,
    We receive a product price list with all data, also including images, either as an RTF or as an XLSX file.
    When importing an xlsx I have the problem that I cannot assign an image from the file, but only via a URL address.
    How can this be solved?

    Can you please elaborate on what’s going wrong when you try to import the image, and also provide screenshots of the import template and the issue?

    As an example, I have a screenshot of a greatly reduced price list view.

    I cannot import the thumbnails contained in column B. When assigning, no content is specified for and in the image processing settings

    I can only select URL and media folder.

    Directly from the file is not possible?

    Hi @blue2shop,

    Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to import the embedded images from the file like that. You’d have to have an image URL or a filename if the image has already been uploaded to your site.
