Hi, I just installed Ninja Tables on my site. I have imported my current tables from TablePress, and the import was ok, except that the order of my rows is in the opposite order. Meaning the row I had at the top in TablePress is now at the bottom in Ninja Tables. How do I revert this to what I had in TablePress?

    Hello @123afm,
From Table Design -> Other Tab you can easily select how the data will be sorted on frontend.

    Thanks

Hi, thanks for the quick response! However, I can’t find any way that will sort the rows, only columns (I am using the free version, so I can’t manually sort).

    Hello @123afm,
You can sort by date create at so You can just order by reverse.
Or the best way will be, You can just export data from TablePress as CSV and then import directly to Ninja Tables.

    Thanks

Sort by Date returns the same result, both as ascending and descending. Will have to play around a bit to see if I can get this sorted. Is this easier in the Pro version?

    Hello @123afm,
In Pro you will get manual sorting option. But If you just need sorting I don’t recommend you to buy pro version. If you need more feature You can consider.

What you can do actually. Just export the table as csv. Sort the data using excel / google sheet and save as csv and then import.

    Thanks

Ok, thanks. I will play around with it. But that being said, it is kind of strange that the import does it this way. I mean, if I (for whatever reason) have decided to have items in a particular order on my origin, then I would most likely (for the same reason) have it like this in the new table, right? Why would I reverse it (this is what the import does now)?

    Hi @123afm,
I think we have bug in TablePress integration. I will definitely take a look and fix in our next version.

    Thanks
