Import from SB incomplete, 500 error

  • We have 1,350 sermons in SermonBrowser and would like to migrate to Sermon Manager. It’s great to see the option of importing from SB but the first two attempts were not completely successful. We got 1,200 sermons imported on the first try, and after erasing the added data from post and post_meta tables, the second try got us only 430. The import ends with a 500 error.

    Is there a better approach to managing the import (only importing e.g. 250 at a time, or something else achieve a complete load) ?

    hi @krisknap, I’m sorry to hear that our importing sermon files from 3rd party plugins (Sermon Browser) don’t work in our free version. This will only work with our Sermon Manager Pro version. Please try using the default import/export tools from WordPress tools.
