Import from Redirection is not working

  • I have both the Redirection and the SEO Redirection plugin installed on this WordPress site.

    On the dashboard of the site the following message appears:

    SEO Redirection : The plugin detected 33 redirects in the Redirection plugin, Import it now.

    I click the import button (which grays out) but SEO Redirection never completes the import. The cancel button is the only thing available for me to do.

    How can I get SEO Redirect to complete the import? Do I need both of these plug-ins acrtive on my site at the same time?
