Import from prior export CSV file?

Is there a straightforward way to import CSV entries from a prior CSV Export from this plugin? We have 30+ entries that were received on a site *after* we had copied it to set up a development site. We are ready to take the development site live, but do not see a straightforward way to add back those 30+ submissions that were made on the existing site while the Development site was being worked on. We have exported them using the plugin’s CSV Export feature, so it would be great if there was a way to then import from a CSV file using the same structure. Of course, we would first remove all the extra entries from the original CSV Export file so it only contains the new submissions that are missing from the Development site.

Thank you for any help you can provide. Manually adding them is not ideal for a variety of reasons.
