Import from Appointments+ not using Client

I am asking the very original website, not the cloned one. Do we agree?

Screenshot tells that she is a user, but you say she is not. There is something wrong in the original website.

That was the cloned site, but they matched. It is possible there was something wrong with Apointments+ on the original site. Do customers using WP Base need to create a WP account/user? On the old site with Appointments+, they did not.

Neither Appointments+ nor WP BASE need WP accounts. If client is a WP user, his/her name is clickable and takes you to the user page, if not name is not clickable.

I can see that client names are clickable, so clients must be WP users. But you say that is not the case and they take you to the wrong account. This means either Appointments+ records are originally messed up, or when cloning you didn’t copy the users table.

So I recommend you to check once more if names are clickable in the original website. If yes, check where clicking takes you.

If I deactivate your plugins (WP base and 2 add-ons) in order to reactivate Appointments +, then do the opposite, will I lose my settings?

Deactivation does not delete settings.

I just checked and the live site with Appointments+ is the same as staging. Clicking the name of the Client still sends it to Randy Hunt. When i click this – https://www.screencast.com/t/sK4QijOgQS – it shows this https://www.screencast.com/t/krvGpi3NUXC

Then records are messed up on Appointments+ side. You have two options to fix on WP BASE side:
1) Manually edit all bookings one by one and set User as “Unregistered user”
2) Using PHPMyAdmin open “wp_base_bookings” table and set “user” column as zero for all records.
