Import Freezing at 2%

    I am trying to import a site into my testing site. I am at PHP 7.3 and have maxed settings. The file is a small one but it keeps locking up at about 2%. How can I fix this?

    I tried to ftp it but when I went to use the restore it says it only works with paid version

  • Same issue – 12%.

    I took advice and tried to match PHP versions and WP versions. One is PHP 7.3.13 and one is just 7.3, that is the closest I can get the two different hosts to do.

    Same version of WP.

    I have php 7.3.and still not working. Anyone else have a solution?

    You might be reaching a limit from your hosting plan – see if the hosting can help you with this or if the hosting is in the unsupported hosting provider list.

    No I have plenty of space and setting are all good
