"Import folder" Input fields are missing

Hi,
im using latest nextgen-Version 2.0.33.
When I try to add a gallery by importing a folder, i can click “import folder” and the Upload-Images-Part of the site hides, but i cannot enter a path, the field is missing (see attached picture).
Do you have any hints how to resolve that issue?thanks, Andre
