Import folder button missing

@olli0815 – Do you have the option checked under Network Plugins > Gallery ?

@cais – Yes, the option for folder import is ticked. I unticked, ticked and saved again, but didn’t help.

@olli0815 – Can you send us a Bug Report (https://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic)? I believe we may have a fix not this but we will need to do a bit of debugging on your site before a patch can be applied, just in case.

We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation to do this, please include them in your Bug Report.
