    Hi jalexanderphd,

    BD doesn’t have an export option, so I’m not entirely sure what “XML export” option you tried (perhaps the WP one?). Whatever conversion you did from that XML to CSV would have to be something that matches the format expected by BD.

    You can get a sample CSV from BD to see what we expect for import under Directory Admin->Manage Options, CSV Import (there’s a button at the top and a link at the bottom to get it). This will provide you a baseline for what you need to convert to in order for BD to accept the file.
