Hello. I have a website running Woocommerce, with both the Woocommerce Dropshipping and the Woocommerce Product Excel Import-Export PRO plugins. I am trying to figure out how to import and map the “dropshipping” price column supplied from the supplier into the “Cost of Goods” within Woocommerce, but I’m having a problem identifying what and where that field is located, much less how to get the importer to import into that field. This is NOT the regular or sale price of the item, but instead the price I pay the supplier to purchase the product from them. I have tried to contact support for the Woocommerce Dropshipping plugin to get some help from them, but I can’t seem to get anywhere to ask support about it, always getting looped back to how to reach them and open up a ticket (I have paid for the plugin, too). Can anyone help me with this?????

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @johnejo,

Since the question is about one of our paid extensions, by forum guidelines, we are not able to answer here. Thus, we’d like to move the discussion to the right place.

Please create a support ticket at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. Be sure to log in to the WooCommerce account associated with the purchase of your extension.

We will be able to help you further there.

    Thanks.

Thank you. I keep trying to create a support ticket at the location you referred me to, but for some reason I just keep getting sent to the page showing Woo extensions. When I try to go to support, I get sent back to the page where I find a link to go to support and create a ticket, ugh. I just keep going in circles and can’t get anywhere with it, and that is why I posted on the forums thinking someone might be able to help. Ugh.

Thanks for getting back, quite unfortunate to hear about it.

In this case, use the contact page instead: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

Click on I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com then Need something else? Contact us!.

I’d suggest doing this on a private/incognito window.

    I hope this helps.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
