Import Feeds stopped working

Some quick questions:

Was the import feed recently updated/changed?

I ran a test of the feed from my end, and can confirm I recieved the confirmation message “Imported 0 events”:

Can you provide me with the public Google calendar URL so I can take a look at the calendar?

Same thing happened to me today too. Running this on multiple sites – all are fine except one. Which of course is a PTA site. And school starts Monday…

No changes the to calendar settings, only new events added weekly.

Same thing for me with this Outlook Live feed: https://outlook.live.com/owa/calendar/80aaa362-04f5-4eff-8ae6-f4d1d16a1daa/88365ca0-7f40-461a-87fb-8f2454aae502/cid-A8824753B5AE3EF1/calendar.ics

I removed and re-added the feed and it still reports 0 events added. There are 11 events in the ics files that have dates in the future.

I tried moving the ics file to the same server as the website and it wouldn’t import any events from there either.

All at once, several people are reporting this exact problem. And once again, Google has made changes to their API without notice. I believe their export feed is broken. From past experience, the ICS FILE should work, even if the feed doesn’t.

A solution (temporary workaround that will work immediately) is to download the ICS file by clicking on the feed link. Then import that file using the one-time CSV import tab. This does require the CSV addon installed (I’m sorry, I am not trying to make an upsell, just provide an immediate solution for those situations that are urgent).

Sunnny, I’m not using the Google API. My feed isn’t working from either Outlook.com or my own server.

I’m looking into your issue with the Outlook feed. Are you able to open a support ticket through the Timely Dashboard? https://dashboard.time.ly/account/get-help.

We have the same issue. We are not using Google or Outlook. Our ics feeds come from our Church Management software. Our website is: novationchurch.org and an example feed url is: webcal://novationchurch.ccbchurch.com/group_calendar.ics?id=1&tk=939102BA159F102DA8580019B9B51440

Please help. We rely heavily on this plug in. We have been using it for years and it’s all of the sudden broken.
