• i’m trying to set up this calendar for a client and i ended up having to buy a second subscription (i’ve been using the time.ly calendar for many years now, so i had an early adopter subscription which aparently is no longer valid… which is a bit of a slap in the face.. but i digress)

but after doing so, and installing all the add-ons for the core+ plugin, and now it’s telling me that i need to “upgrade to a subscription” to add a feed? but there’s no way i would have purchased this plugin (again) if that feature wasn’t included since this is THE MAIN REASON i’m switching this client over to your calendar. so now all of a sudden this feature isn’t available in your WordPress plugin and i have to pay for a hosted calendar? am i reading this correctly? if so, how do i go about getting a refund because there’s no way that this nonprofit will be able to afford $30/ month!!

(and a sidenote, the fact that you don’t have a contact email for paid subscribers and you make everyone post our problems here in the WordPress forum is pretty backwards. but hey, i guess you want all your angry customer comments public on the web eh?)

  • Hi tracy apps!

It may take 5 minutes after the sign up for the subscriptions to be synced with your calendar.

Can you please send your calendar URL to [email protected] so we can check if there is something wrong with your subscriptions on our side?

    Thanks!

Tracy, that message about “upgrade to a subscription” to add a feed” is a bug that showed up after we implemented the subscription support. We made no change to the limits. Currently all Core users have unlimited feeds and events.

I am having this same issue, though on the free version of the plugin. Based upon comment above, the bug has nothing to do with whether it’s paid or free. I have commented/voted on the link supplied.
