Import Failure

    I am trying to copy my live site to a localhost for testing, it is a large site so I have paid for the upgrade to the file size. But I cannot import, it fails and gives the following error message

    Unable to seek to offset 374093014 on C:\xampp\apps\wordpress\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\all-in-one-wp-migration\storage\r2ihugnle4qw\o_1a6kusg4alklepicqeruc9hja.wpress

    Any help would be greatly received ??

    Hi r4che7,

    I am sorry to say that Windows itself cannot work with files larger than 2GB, thus, the import will likely fail regarding this.

    Please allow me to recommend you the steps as follows;
    1. Delete backups from other plugins on your exported site
    2. Attempt to export again and make sure to use Advanced Options (e.g. export one without database and the next only database)
    3. Import the files from 2. (be sure each file is less than 2GB).
