    Hi Support,
we run WP at a premium hoster and imports through WPAllImport fail due to file system security configuration. File system operations only work on the /tmp/ and wp-content/uploads/ directories, which are not utilized in this plugin. Does this mean it is generally non-compatible, or is there a way to work around this issue, e.g. by changing the paths WPAI is using for imports?
This is kind of urgent for us as we put a lot of effort into setting up imports with WPAI premium.
    Best, Jens

    Hey @jensd,

If WP All Import isn’t able to write to the /tmp/ folder, or to sub-folders in the /wp-content/uploads/ directory, then it wouldn’t work since there’s currently no supported way to change the paths we use.
