Import failing

    I’m working on a site hidden by a construction plugin which has to all be reinstalled. I reloaded the Easy Accordion Pro and everything else using the import function. The problem is that the import of the Accordion Pro seems to have failed. There are shortcodes on the pages, but nothing shows. When I visit the working area of the Easy Accordion Pro section to check, there is nothing there.

    I’m wondering what the reason might be. Could it be a fail because:

    1. That I only installed the easy accordion pro? I had perhaps one thing on the regular easy accordion (not pro), but didn’t install the plug-in because it was extra and I didn’t really care about that item.

    2. A conflict with a plug-in? This time I used a plug in called Disable XML-RPC-API — I’d done that before though.

    3. Using the wrong importer?

    I should make clear that the easy accordion pro plugin installed — it is the files that apparently are not being installed.

    So, I tried to import again using the wordpress regular importer. Again, some of the files are missing content so that when you look at open the accordion there may be a title for an accordion, but nothing in the accordion. Nor do any of the accordions show up on the website anymore, as once was true.

    I’m wondering if there is something I did by removing XML or anything at all?

    Well, the accordion works if I create a new one, so it can’t be a plug-in.

    Thanks for pointing out the issue.

    Our developer team is already concerned about it. We are working on this. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed in the future version of the plugin.

    I see – also, on the WordPress screen it does say update for Easy Accordion Pro, but there is apparently no way to update and when clicking options for details then the screen comes up as empty. This is a bit strange.

    Other than that, the accordion looks and works well, so I hope you can get this all fixed.
