Yes sure, you only have to know which is the meta key. If the plugin use a different method (instead of meta keys) maybe we have to develop some code.

Hmm, there is a own memberlist in wpforo with the groupid. But if the groupid is displayed in the normal User List, there must be a connection in the user meta, or not?
