Import External Images and others similar plugins not working with custom fields

I need to use plugins like Import External Images ,Add External Images to gallery to save external images to my wordpress gallery .All these plugins work with body field of post ,but whenever i tried to use them in custom fields like Types Custom fields or Advanced Custom Fields ,they are not working at all.Please help me
