Import Export Users and data

    We purchased this and have 25k users. We redesigned our site and need to export the Users and the custom field data from the last few months (about 500 users) from the old site and import just those users into the new redesigned site before launching. How can we do this?

    Hi @kptgreg

    RegistrationMagic doesn’t provide import/export feature for user accounts as this can potentially cause security issues. You can import/export forms and their submissions from one site to another. This option is available on the “All Forms” backend page of RegistrationMagic.

    If you need to migrate the user accounts, we’d recommend contacting your server support to migrate entire users table from the old site’s database to the new site. This will ensure the user IDs remain intact and users remain connected to their form submissions (which is by user ID).
