Import/Export Plugin Fails to Activate

    The Import/Export plugin does not activate, “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a?fatal error.” EventPrime ver: 4.0.5.1 EventPrime Events Import Export ver: 4.0 Installation succeeded without warning but plugin won’t activate. Please note: I may have accidentally attempted to install ver 3.0 during the All Day Event bug because I clicked the wrong download listed on your web page. I did uninstall it and installed ver 4.0. Thanks for you help.

    1. We understand that this issue might be due to some local environment conflict. We tried replicating the problem under various test conditions but found the functionality to be operational on our end. To further assist you, we recommend deactivating any additional plugins and retesting the system.

    2. Please ensure that EventPrime and extension are of 4.x version
