Import Export not working

  • Hi,

    I have installed the addons but import and export are not working as expected. The export file didn’t have the price for products and the import doesn’t import the price. Pls help.

    I am also having problems with exporting the user role price.
    It says its compatible with the normal WC exporter extension. I also activated the “WooCommerce Product Export / import extensions” on the Role based settings page.
    But still not exporting the role based price. Just the meta “_enable_role_based_price”

    Please advise.

    I found it. When exporting – I just needed to choose the column “WC role based agent price” instead of “all columns”.
