Import Excel into Orders

Hey,
we are company from Slovenia that has online shop on WordPress-> WooCommerce. We sell over the web. We get the orders from phone too and we store them in one Excel file. Now i would like to import excel file with orders from phone (hotline) into WooCommerces Orders, that everything will be together. Do you have any idea how? We use Zapier too but in this case I think it is not usefull.
We think about writing directly in database too. From google spredsheets to MySql database. What do you think?
