I’m looking to upgrade from WP FullCalendar to use the events manager plug in.

Today I took a backup of my site and installed the Events Manager plug-in, at this point it seemed to wipe all of my events on my calendar created with the FullCalendar plugin.

Is there a way to migrate my current events into the new plug-in or do I need to simply remake them in a new format?

    Thanks.

So after further investigation, the WP-Calendar events seem to still be in the database.

I can’t get them to display on the calendar managed by EM.

Does anyone know what I’m missing?

WP FullCalendar does’t store events, it’s just an alternative way of displaying events created with Events Manager.

If you’re trying to use Events Manager without WP FullCalendar, just deactivate WP FullCalendar on the Plugins page and leave Events Manager running.

    Thanks for the post.

What I have currently are a bunch of events created with WP Calendar Full.

I’d like to install and use Event Manager due to the more advanced event features it offers.

My question is, can Event manager access and alter all the events that already in the database? or do I have to remake them with Event Manager?

What is exact name of the plugin you have created events with called?

So far you’ve referred to other plugin as WP FullCalendar, WP-Calendar and WP Calendar Full and I’m now confused about what you have installed.
