Import error: “Critical Error” although first user is created

    Hi!

    Thanks a lot for the plugin. It gave us a great service exporting users. Es fantástico ??

    But we are facing a strange issue while trying to upload new users.

    Trying to upload any sort of CSV causes an error: “here has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    Although the user is created. We are just using this CSV:

    user_login,user_email
test2,kram08980@gmail.com

    And we also use LearnDash, and I’ve noticed something more strange. Trying to import this: 

    username,email,acf_user_first_name,acf_user_last_name,lms_courses,course_30531_access_from
test2,test2@gmail.com,Test Marc,Test Marc,30531,"2021-12-15 12:00:00"
test1,test1@gmail.com,Test Marc,Test Marc,30531,"2021-12-15 12:00:00"

    This just creates the first user, the second is never reached. It also outputs the critical error.

    The strange thing is that the created user is also enrolled to the webinar. But once you open the user profile in the WordPress’ back-office, it disappears from the course.

    Do you have any idea of what is going wrong?

    We tried to import the example file in “Documentation” and also fails. And the WP log error shows nothing.

    @kram09890,

    I need to see the error details (activate WP_DEBUG and it nothing appears please ask your hosting about errors).

    Anyway, this plugins is not 100% compatible with LearnDash so it can be the problem.

    It doesn’t allow us to create normal users even if they’re not adding any LearnDash columns.

    These are the server error messages:

    Notice that we tried to add more users, like “test@test.com” and these weren’t added but nothing appears to be in the log. Maybe it’s a matter of outdated SQL servers?
