    Getting this error while import product from 1 domain to another domain, how can we resolve this ?

    The error message “Could not insert post into the database” is displayed when the importing CSV file contains unidentified characters and is not UTF-8 encoded. Please make sure that the CSV file is saved as UTF-8 encoded before importing to overcome this issue. Please go through the article on How to save CSV as UTF-8 encoded.

    If you still face the issue after saving the file as UTF-8 encoded then please share the importing file so that we can check it. You can share the CSV by uploading it to Google Drive or WeTransfer or any similar service and sharing the link.

    Thank you for sharing the file. We have gone through your CSV file and noticed that the file contains unidentified characters in it. Please refer to the screenshot. Due to this reason the import is failing

    This is because the CSV is not properly UTF-8 encoded. You can try using spreadsheet applications like LibreOffice to create CSVs with UTF-8 encoding. LibreOffice has proven to be better in handling UTF-8 encoding in our experience.
