    I am importing the user with field “roles” = “customer”.
    The user import plugin displays the “roles” field as “administrator, customer” when importing as a manager user. This does not happen when I import as the administrator user. We have the newest version of the plugin (2.5.4); I already deleted and included the plugin but it didn’t solve the problem.
    What can I do to fix the problem?

    To troubleshoot the issue, could you try disabling all the plugins on your site and then attempt to import the users again to see if the problem persists or not?

    If the issue persists, please share a sample CSV file that you are trying to import after removing any sensitive information from it. You can upload the CSV file to Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any similar service and share the link with us.

    Hello.

    I deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and it had the same problem.
    Then I deactivated Woocommerce and the error did not happen.
    I tested with Version 2.5.5.
