    Dear staff i’m exporting all the reviews (about 350 reviews) from my site to import them to a new site: the difference is only the id of products. So in the excel that i download i switch from the old id to the new id. But it gives to me error
    “Line 2 >> Error: incorrect file format. Only 1 column(s) found. Please open the input file in a text editor (e.g., in Notepad on Windows) and verify that columns are correctly separated by commas.”

    how to fix it? i repeat i substitute only the old id with the new one and save again the file in csv format.

    meanwhile i tell you that i create a new site so the id of products are changed (but i can change them on another time replacing in the csv).

    however i’ve to say that i use also a plugin to create bundle so there are strange row maybe?!?

    You can open the CSV file with the Text editor on your computer and see the wrong double-quotes.

    The correct content should be

    review_content,review_score,date,product_id,display_name,email,order_id
