    @cartpauj my client’s prod site got this error while importing:
    Total Rows: 335

    0 Pretty Links were Successfully Created

    0 Pretty Links were Successfully Updated

    Ticket has been raised. Please check tickets and find one with this error from today and urgently and I cant emphasize more urgently resolve the issue.

    A support ticket was open long back. You gotta take the ticket, action the ticket and resolve the issue.

    What do you mean “if” , I just told you it was opened long time back. Stop giving and canned response and action the ticket.

    @sterndata I understand. This is a known issue. Instead of solving the issue on plugin , the author is directing customers from www.remarpro.com to his site to purchase yearly support.

    We already have subscription and have raised the ticket. Besides that my clients prod links are down and I getting canned responses here.

    @hrizvi importing/exporting is a premium feature, not available in the free version of Pretty Links. Therefor we cannot support it here in the forums per the guidelines. If you’re using premium features, you are a premium user and must use premium support. We’ve responded to Alicia’s ticket yesterday FYI, but she has not replied to our inquiry. I will not reply again here.
