Import Error

    i got wordpress.2008-01-14.xml
    i go to wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress&step=1
    select my file ^ and push the import button.

    and i get this:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 19398656) (tried to allocate 1373 bytes) in /home/btour/public_html/web/wp-admin/import/wordpress.php on line 121

    the file was exported from 2.2
    the new wp is 2.3.2 ( fresh install )

    how can i fix that ?
    i also got a .sql backup of the old version.
    and wich table should import to have back: categories, pages, articles, drafts, links
