    Import Error – 504 Gateway Time-out – nginx I get this error

  • Incorrect stock date after import

    Hello!
    In the import price list, the date of the action is set to and from. https://prnt.sc/mhgudk
    After importing, these dates on the item card are displayed correctly. https://prnt.sc/mhgvlq

    But if you go into the product after the import and press the update button, then the dates are already displayed correctly. https://prnt.sc/mhgx8x

    How to make sure not to update each product manually? Or you can fix this error?

    Yesterday, in the manual mode, I updated the position with the date, this morning, for some reason, the date again became nekkorektno

    Hi @ethem56

    Please try setting the records per iteration to 1 for the import that’s timing out: https://d.pr/i/Vakkd3 (this setting is at Manage Imports -> Import Settings).

    If that doesn’t fix it, you will need to contact your web host and ask them to review the error logs on your server to find out exactly what’s causing the timeout.
