• When importing with CSV, I always get the following message:

    0 Email(s) was successfully imported.

    0 Email(s) are already in our database.

    0 Email(s) are invalid.

    Click here to view the details

    No emails are imported. I also know that my list contains duplicates and invalid emails and it shows ‘0’ for those. I’m using the plugin on a self-hosted wordpress site.

    Suggestions?

    I saved from Excel as CSV.

    Are there any browser requirements? Extensions required? Is there a log somewhere to get an error message?

    It’s as if the CSV file isn’t being read at all.

    I found a fix for this. I assume you’re on a MAC?
    If you “Save As” in Excel and select “Windows Comma Separated” .csv it will work.
    It’s probably a difference between Mac and Windows excel files and line breaks etc..
