If you are still interested – to be honest, I didn’t test it with the “Product CSV Import Suite” plugin, but, generally, there should be some option to add custom fields (or plugin may find those fields automatically if you have at least one product with a set EAN) – in any case, you need to set (or search) for the field with _alg_ean key/name.
If that doesn’t help – I would need to take a look at the “Product CSV Import Suite” plugin code to check how to add our EAN field there. Just to be sure – you are referring to this plugin, correct?
