import drop-down match not working

    Hi,
    I am trying to import updates to my database. However, when I try to make a comparison based on a field containing a drop-down, the value is not updated.

    The drop-down looks like this: ja, nej, ja -H2, ja -H1, ja -D p? disp, ja -H1 p? disp, ja- H2 p? disp, afventer for?ldregodkendelse

    and is in the admin section.

    I have managed to update a date field, so generally I think I understand/know how to do it.

    Am I missing something or is not doable?

    OK, it’s important to understand that the “match field” value must be a unique value for the whole database. For that reason, a dropdown or date is not a good choice for that, you will get unpredictable results. The field should be a unique identifier like an email address or member ID.
