Import doesn’t work anymore

  • Hi, since now a week my imports doesn’t work anymore and always say “running now” but nothing change.

    Could you please help me ? thanks

    Hi Greg,

    Happy to help. What CRM/format are you using to import properties? And is there anything in the logs?

    Hi thanks for your answer!

    I use AC3 “immo Facile” a french company, everything worked well during 3 months and I can’t explain why it stopped.

    here is what I found in logs for today :

    10:58:49 11th March 2024-Parsing properties

    10:58:49 11th March 2024-Beginning to loop through 9 properties.?Upgrade to PRO?to import unlimited properties

    10:58:49 11th March 2024-Previous import failed to complete. Continuing from property 1 with ID 55226830

    10:58:49 11th March 2024-55226830 Importing property 1 with reference 55226830

    10:58:49 11th March 2024- This property has been imported before. Updating it

    10:58:49 11th March 2024 Plain pied 6 pièces 120m2 Successfully updated post

    10:58:49 11th March 2024Plain pied 6 pièces 120m2 Imported 3 images before failing in the previous import. Continuing from here
