Import doesn’t work

  • Hello guys !

    I have an issue with your gift card plugin, I cannot perform an import : I’m working on rebuild of a website that use your module and willing to import- export from the actual site to the dev one. And, despite the fact that the module tells me the import has been done, nothing appears in the gift card listing.

    Could you help ?

    Could you please check if you have the plugin updated?

    Have you checked if any errors appear from WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    Also, verify that you have correctly configured the CSV delimiter.
