    Dear Support,
almost one month ago i downloaded your plugin for testing its functionality and further move toward the paid version. However, I am facing serious import issues following the latest update.

The file is correctly uploaded into the plugin but then the import gets stuck providing 0 imported orders and giving an error message saying that something went wrong.

I thought it was an issue related to duplicated order ID, i then deleted the column related to the order ID and order number. This has not solved the issue.
I then thought it was an issue related to some german orders written with special characters, here i tried to convert the excel file to ANSI encoding but it did not solve the issue. I even tried to delete all the german orders and special characters but again the problem persists.

Please help me to solve the issue, i could share with you the excel file (generated using your template since i exported the orders by also using the same plugin) and if necessary giving you access to my staging.

Please let me know how you wish to proceed to solve the issue.

    Best regards.

    Hi @fabiovito83,

Please share the fatal error log(Woocommerce>status>logs>fatal-error) and the screenshot of the error message that you are receiving so that we can check it.

    Dear Support,

The issue is that i do not have any fatal error.

Instead of trying to import almost 50 orders i tried today with a subset of 3. The plugin appears to neglect all the imported orders that are in progress and import only the ones that are on hold and/or failed. Additionally the imported orders (on hold/failed ) date is wrong.

Please advise me what to do.

Can you provide me an email address where i can send the excel import file so that you can see it?

    Hi @fabiovito83,

We noticed that the file you shared contains unidentified characters(?). Please refer to the screenshot. This is because the file is not saved with UTF-8 encoding. Please try saving the CSV file with UTF-8 encoding and then try importing the orders. Please go through the article on How to save CSV & excel files as utf-8 encoded

We deleted the unidentified characters from your file and imported the orders on our site and they were imported successfully including all the data in the file.
