Import data to simplepresss

    We want to migrate our website from Joomla to WordPress.
    On Joomla we use Easy Discuss for the forum which does not have export options.
    So we will need to get the forum data manually from the database.

    I wonder to know if you have any import options or solutions for migrating form another forum.
